Suitable for livestock or hunting. Several lovely home sites in pastures or woods; clusters of mature trees; woodland pond for wildlife.
The old homestead at the southeast corner of the property has no value. There is a water well on the property at the site of the old homestead. No records exist regarding the well. However, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board has records for other water wells in the area and so information about the hydrology can be obtained by speaking with officials in Oklahoma City. Rural water is not available this far south along Highway 48 at this time.
Electricity is available along Highway 48.
There is an 8-inch cross country pipeline that runs from north to south across the property.
Directions: POB Hwy 16/48 split at south end of Bristow. Go south 9 miles on Hwy 48 to W. 321st Street;
go another 1/2 mile south to where land begins on west side of road.
